What is your return policy?

🤍 Returns & Order Policy

Because many of our items are custom made just for you, all sales are final and we do not allow cancellations.

If you receive an item with a defect, please contact us at bayliekateboutique@outlook.com within 36 hours of delivery, and we will be happy to review the issue.

What is your turnaround time?

✨ In-stock items & in-stock prints ship within 2-4 business days. (Monday-Friday).

✨ Completed tees ship within 7–10 business days.

During holidays and busy seasons, turnaround times may be slightly extended — but we promise we’re working as fast as we can to get your order out the door!

What are your pressing instructions?

A heat press is REQUIRED for our prints - we are NOT RESPONSIBLE for prints that are applied incorrectly.

DIRECT-TO-FILM

Step-by-Step Instructions:

  • Heat Press Setup: Set your heat press to 300-320.
  • Pre-press: Press the garment for 3-5 seconds to remove wrinkles and moisture.
  • Position: Place the transfer with the ink against the garment.
  • Press: Apply medium-to-firm pressure for approximately 10-15 seconds.
  • Peel: Immediately peel the carrier sheet while it is hot, but if the transfer lifts, repress for 5 seconds and try again.
  • Finishing Press: Cover with parchment paper or a Teflon sheet and press for another 5-10 seconds to enhance washability and durability.
